Online Exhibitor Application
Welcome and thank you for your participation as an exhibitor in the Community Health & Resource Fair hosted by Resurrection Lutheran Church in Godfrey. Your involvement is key to helping bridge the gap between community needs and awareness of the resources that can support a healthy community.
Community Health & Resource Fair to be held Friday April 11, 1-4 pm
at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1211 Homer Adams Parkway, Godfrey
As an Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Reach a variety of populations.
- Showcase your organization’s services and resources.
- Receive name recognition through online promotions, print materials, and in-person interaction. Please email your organization logo to [email protected] if you would like it to be included.
- Provide a health screening or program service, if you choose to.
Will you help us make a difference?
- This is a no-cost event. The only admission request for attendees will be a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Alton Crisis Food Center.
- Each organization is asked to bring a door prize to be raffled throughout the afternoon. Attendees will spin a wheel for a chance to win the door prize.
- Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. All Spaces are FREE of charge if application is accepted. You will receive a registration confirmation email.
