Bible Study at Resurrection Lutheran Church

Lifelong Learners (Adult Education) is held on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Young Fellowship Hall.

Our studies include a variety of topics that typically last 8 to 12 weeks. Studies include books of the Bible, as well as, other topics and books of religious and cultural interest.

Lifelong Learners continue their study of the liturgical church year with two studies. May 3, we begin a two-part study focusing on the Feast of the Ascension. This is a major celebration in our liturgical year that is often overlooked because it falls on a Thursday. Perhaps learning a bit more about the importance of this day will help us to be more mindful of its significance. We follow with a two-part study on Pentecost. Many of us are familiar with Pentecost and many of us recall that we frequently celebrate this day by wearing red to church. But Pentecost is about way more than wearing red. Come and learn more about these two May festivals and enjoy good fellowship and conversation.

Join us for a cup of coffee, a donut and meaningful conversation

Men’s Bible Study typically meets the last Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Young Fellowship Hall.

A small group of men meet to study any number of topics. Join them to see what they are working through.
